Susan has been a translation agency owner since 1999. She has taught translation and interpreting at university level and is also an English trainer for interpreters.
Originally from Ireland, she has been based in Germany and Mallorca for many years. She is passionate about fostering the spirit of the Translation Mastermind community.
Her background in psychology and successful entrepreneurship keeps conversations lively and members engaged.

Tanya is a highly engaged translation community member, trainer, award-winning mentor, and speaker. She is a US American but is currently based in the Czech Republic.
At the Translation Mastermind, the web designer and multilingual content creator is responsible for keeping the portal functional, organizing on- and offline events, and putting together courses, as well as for the community’s strategic marketing and business development.
