We all know price shouldn’t be the decisive factor for clients when choosing a translator. However, what differentiates you from other translators, if not price? What justifies the price your charge? What makes clients become loyal to you, no matter the price you charge?
It all comes down to customer experience. In an increasingly virtual world, this is what differentiates a bad brand from an amazing one. It can be the decisive factor when winning or losing a client.
The experience you provide to your client starts even before they know you exist and it never ends. It’s a constant work in progress that requires careful attention to details and going beyond just doing your job. It’s that extra mile that makes all the difference.
This talk will be based on my experience with happy clients and the feedback I receive from them.
In this session, you will learn tips on how to call a prospective client’s attention to your service, how to win their trust and woo them, how to keep impressing them throughout their journey, and how to keep them loyal to you, even after you deliver the job.
